We’re a small business based in Bristol. We are passionate about delivering a high-quality experience. From our initial communication and design process to the final installation, we’re committed to providing a clear and professional service throughout. Our goal is to provide quality service and deliver a quality product.
We have over 10 years experience within the construction industry. From delivering large commercial installations to smaller domestic installations with our experience we're aware of how disruptive work can be in your home. We always dry-assemble your install in our workshop and reduce as much cutting as we can prior to arriving to your home to install. We aim to complete our installs within 2 days. We always work with floor protection and dust extraction to limit and prevent any disruption to your home.
Your project whether it's storage, fitted wardrobes or a bespoke option is made by us. From design all the way through to installation. We personally oversee every step of the process and are always here to answer your questions. You can rest assured that no detail you share with us will be missed or lost along the way. The same person who carries out your initial measure-up will also design, make, and install your project, ensuring a consistent experience.
Our process.
Where to begin?
To get started, please let us know what you’d like us to quote. You’re also welcome to request our brochure and survey, which will act as a guide you which will ask for measurements and preferences. This helps us generate an accurate cost expected cost before proceeding further.
Measure-up, design and quote.
When we have delivered an expected cost and you're happy to proceed. You can book an 'measure-up' appointment with us. During our measure-up appointments we will discuss options, provide material samples and provide feedback on material choices, design and answer any questions you may have about our making or installation process. After the appointment, we'll send you a detailed quote including options to either enhance your installation or adjust it to better suit your budget, along with a design plan and drawing.
Deposit and installation.
When the quote is accepted, we will arrange a deposit with you to confirm your booking dates and process the orders for your install. We generally work with a 2-4 week lead time from when the deposit is paid. We aim to be between 2-3 days installing in your home as we carry out the majority of the work in our workshop.

We provide 2-types of appointments.

Phone consultation - This will be a brief 15-20 minute call to discuss your inquiry, gain an idea of size from the measurements you provide us with and provide you with an estimate.
*Measure-up appointment - An appointment where we visit your home to measure the area for your inquiry. We will provide material samples, discuss options and provide feedback and answer any questions you might have about our making or installation process.
*There is an upfront cost for this appointment of £35.00 which will be deducted from your invoice if you go ahead with your inquiry.
Before making an appointment please have the measurements for the space ready and provide us with as much information as you can. Without measurements we cannot provide a cost.
